Flavocracy is a coined term combining "flavor" and "cracy" (from the Greek kratos, meaning "rule" or "power"), translating to "power of flavor" or "a place where flavor reigns."

Flavocracy is a global street food brand that celebrates bold flavors and cultural diversity through immersive food experiences. It lets customers explore signature street-style dishes from around the world — all in one place. From curated cuisine kits to vibrant packaging and a collectible Food Passport, every touchpoint is crafted to feel exciting, fresh, and full of personality. Flavocracy isn’t just about food; it’s about storytelling through taste, making global cuisine more accessible, playful, and premium — all while staying rooted in a design-first, flavor-forward philosophy.

Research insights shaped Flavocracy’s core, revealing a gap in authentic global street food, guiding a vibrant dine-in experience, and inspiring bold, culturally rich design.

The Flavocracy Food Passport is a fun, collectible booklet that turns every meal into a global journey.


Diners collect country-themed stamps with each dish they try, and after collecting 8, they earn a free meal. It’s an engaging way to explore global flavors and reward loyal food adventurers.

Flavocracy Meal Kits offer a unique, interactive dining experience that blends global street food with a curated grocery-style setup.

Displayed in-store like a vibrant market shelf, each kit includes dry ingredients, spice mixes, and signature sauces inspired by a specific country. Customers browse the kits, pick their desired cuisine, and then choose fresh ingredients from a set of options.

Once selected, the restaurant prepares the customized meal using the user’s choices — creating a personalized, globally inspired dish made just for them. It’s food democracy at its finest — flavorful, flexible, and fun.

I illustrated the prepared dish in detail for the packaging, using texture and colour to evoke the sensory experience of the meal before it’s even cooked.

Strategically, the wordmark is split into two parts—Flavo and cracy—to improve readability and familiarity, making the unique name easier to process and remember for first-time viewers.

The Flavocracy logo features a bold, handwritten script that exudes personality, energy, and a sense of global flair—perfectly echoing the brand’s dynamic and flavor-rich identity. Its fluid strokes feel both expressive and approachable, reflecting the street-food culture it celebrates.
